Minimum size - 0.6 mm (+/-0.2 mm)

Floating Elements

All PV+ Emblems must have a uniform background that supports every letter and element. Floating elements are not allowed.

Sewing Channel

PV+ Emblems can have a channel for seam application, with the choice of adding a 1 or 2mm outline (for the sewing channel) and a 2mm edge to the design.

Color

A maximum of 4 colors can be used on a single PV+ Emblem to remain within standard turn-times. Please note that any designs with 5-8 colors will cause a delay on production and turn around times. Available colors include:

• Solid colors, without any gradients *
• "Glow in the dark" color
• Pantone color matching is available

* Metallic and neon colors are not available.

Note: Color match may vary between physical pieces and digital renderings due to natural ink behavior on variant background colors.

Backing

• Low melt heat seal
• Pressure-sensitive
• Velcro®

Velcro® - Both the hook and loop sides are included, with the hook side sewn to the emblem. Size restrictions adhere to the product’s minimum and maximum dimensions. Sewing guide is required.

Washing Information

PV+ Emblems will withstand up to 25 domestic washing machine cycles.

Shelf Life

To maximize the shelf life of this product, please keep at room temperature. Do not expose it to temperatures above 485°.

PRESSURE-SENTITIVE

1. Clean application area with rubbing alcohol
2. Remove paper backing, press emblem firmly on desired location

LOW MELT BACKING WITH A 360 IQ™ HAT HEAT PRESS - HATS

• Top Temperature: 350°-360° F
• BottomTemperature: 318°-320° F
• Pressure: 40-50 PSI
• Preheat: 17-20 seconds
• Dwell Time: 17-20 seconds
• Instructions: Place hat on heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH TOP HEAT & BOTTOM HEAT - GARMENTS

• Top Temperature: 350°-360° F
• BottomTemperature: 318°-320° F
• Pressure: 40-50 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 17-20 seconds
• Instructions: Place patch on desired location and secure it in place with Thermal Tape. . Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH A TOP HEAT PRESS - GARMENTS

• Temperature: 310°-335° F
• Pressure: 50-60 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 18-23 seconds
• Instructions: Place patch on desired location and secure it in place with Thermal Tape. Turn garment inside out and heat press. Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

Production Time

Samples will take 2 days plus shipping. Production time will take 4 days plus shipping on an order up to 2,500 pieces. Add 1 day per 750 pieces.

NOTE: All turnaround times are subject to change. Larger orders may result in additional business days for production. Orders received after the cut-off time will be considered as received the next working day.
