Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TK Patches. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders

All custom-made products (including embroidered, sublimated, or print-stitch patches made to your specifications) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design proof.

If your item arrives damaged, contains a production error, or significantly differs from the approved sample, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and, if eligible, offer a replacement or a full refund.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

Non-custom, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • You must contact our support team before returning the product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card.
  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
